Shantanu Narayen

Shantanu Narayen is president and chief executive officer of Adobe, one of the world's largest and most diversified software companies. Narayen's leadership, technology insight and operational expertise have strengthened Adobe's culture of innovation, expanded the company into new markets, and extended its product portfolio and global reach. In 2009, Narayen led the $1.8 billion acquisition of Omniture, Inc., expanding Adobe’s ability to help customers measure and optimize the value of online experiences, content and applications. Prior to his appointment as CEO in December of 2007, Narayen was Adobe's president and COO, responsible for the company's day-to-day global operations, product research and development, marketing and corporate development. In 2005, he co-led the $3.4 billion acquisition of Macromedia, strengthening the company's presence in key markets ranging from enterprises and vertical industries to mobile devices and multimedia publishing. Previously, he held key product research and development positions within Adobe, including executive vice president of worldwide products, senior vice president of worldwide product development and vice president and general manager of the engineering technology group. Before joining Adobe in 1998, Narayen was co-founder of Pictra, Inc., an early pioneer of digital photo sharing over the Internet. Prior to that, he served as director of desktop and collaboration products at Silicon Graphics, Inc. and held various senior management positions at Apple Computer, Inc. Narayen holds five patents and is a frequent speaker at industry and academic events. He is a member of the U.S. President's Management Advisory Board, established in 2010 to provide advice on how to implement best business practices, including the application of technology, on matters related to federal government management and operation. He also serves on the Board of Pfizer, Inc. and the Advisory Board of the Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley, and is president of the board of the Adobe Foundation, which funds philanthropic initiatives around the world. He formerly served on the Board of Dell, Inc. and Metavante Technologies, Inc. Narayen holds a bachelor's degree in electronics engineering from Osmania University in India, a master's degree in computer science from Bowling Green State University and a master's degree in business administration from the Haas School of Business.

Himanshu, an alumnus of BIT (Mesra) (1979-1983) and IIM, Bangalore (1988-1990) is currently the Managing Director of Idea Cellular Limited and serves as Director with ‘Aditya Birla Management Corporation Private Limited’ the strategic advisory unit of Aditya Birla Group.

Himanshu, a veteran in the Indian Telecom Industry, has contributed immensely to the evolution of the industry and has engineered Idea’s fast paced growth making it one of the top players and fastest growing mobile operator in India. He has been instrumental in getting Idea to attain substantial spectrum holding of nearly 900 MHz across FDD and TDD bands to achieve national wireless broadband footprint.

Himanshu has been consistently recognized for his leadership skills and a recipient of many awards. At the prestigious CNBC India Business Leader Awards (IBLA) 2016, Idea Cellular was awarded the ‘Outstanding Company of the Year’.

Himanshu was the former Chairman of Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI) for the period 2012-12, the body representing interest of GSM operators in India. Himanshu was also on the GSMA Board – the international body formulating and driving global GSM eco-system.

Himanshu’s current focus is getting Idea ready for future high potential wireless broadband business with specific emphasis on 3G and 4G services.
Amitabh Kant

Amitabh Kant is a member of the Indian Administrative Service, IAS (Kerala Cadre: 1980 batch). He is the author of Branding India-An Incredible Story. Kant has been a key driver of the “Make in India”, Startup India, “Incredible India” and God’s Own Country” initiatives that positioned India and Kerala State as leading manufacturing and tourism destinations. These campaigns won several international awards.

In his capacity as Secretary (Industries) Govt. of India, he drove the Ease of Doing Business initiative and ranking of States on defined parameters.

He is also the Chairman of the Committee to implement Digital Payment in India.

He is presently CEO of National Institution for Transforming India (NITI).
Sanjay Behl

Sanjay is currently the CEO of Raymond Lifestyle and is responsible for Textile, Apparel and Retail businesses. He is also a management board member of Raymond Apparel Limited.

In his current role, his mandate is to transform Raymond from a suiting manufacturing behemoth of over 90 – years legacy into becoming a cutting – edge fashion retail organisation by 2020 in India, and selectively globally.

Besides a little under 4 year in Textile industry, Sanjay has over two decades of prior work experience with 10-years in FMCG and 10-years in Telecom. He has worked with HUL, Nokia and Reliance in diverse functional and business leadership capacities across all the organizations, in India, Asia-Pacific and Globally. He has led some of of the top Indian and Global brands – Vim, Cif, Domestos, Surf, Rin, Sunlight, Nokia, Reliance amongst others.

Sanjay brings with him a wealth of business and brand leadership experience ranging across consumer goods to serve industry – project set–up, operation scale–up and managing large established brands and businesses. Through his career he has led teams of diverse skill sets, experience, scale, structures, locations, cultures and nationalities.

His strong consumer focus, executional excellence, innovative marketing models and entrepreneurial drive has ensured sustainable, profitable and exponential business growth in all his assignments. Apart from numerous industry awards in India and globally, he also has 3 Global IPR’s in Brand & Marketing operations.

Sanjay graduated from IIT BHU (Varanasi) and is an MBA from Sydenham Institute of Management, Mumbai. He is also an avid enthusiast of technology and gadgets, a die-hard cricket aficionado and enjoys painting in his leisure time.

As Chief Information Officer, he has spearheaded the move to leverage new IT solutions across the Extended Enterprise for growth and achieving improved business performance. He is a member of the Executive Council of Asian Paints group. He has been a catalyst for the company’s foray into services such as painting / décor / home improvement solutions as well as new initiatives.

As the leader of Adobe Asia Pacific, Paul advises brands on digital transformation, and how they can put customer experience at the centre of everything they do to drive business growth. Paul is passionate about the role technology can play in delivering amazing experiences, especially in emerging markets where mobile is almost ubiquitous.

Prior to joining Adobe, Paul was Vice President and General Manager for HP’s Networking Division across Asia Pacific and Japan. Paul was also the founding director of a successful online start up, Wedding Gifts Direct.

Paul is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is on the boards of the Association for Data-Driven Marketing and Advertising (ADMA), Tresillian, the Royal Society for the Welfare of Mothers and Babies, and the Investment Advisory Board of Alchemy Ventures. He is also an active member of the Australian Surf Life Saving Association.

Paul holds a Diploma in Market Research, a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing, a Graduate Diploma in International Business and has attended a variety of general management and executive courses at institutions including the Haas School of Business at UC Berkley, INSEAD and the Australian Graduate School of Management.

Suresh Vittal

As vice president of Marketing Strategy, Suresh Vittal creates and drives implementation of go-to-market initiatives across the Digital Marketing business at Adobe, including the six solutions and core services within the Adobe Marketing Cloud, Adobe Primetime, PhoneGap for Enterprise and Digital Publishing Suite.

Vittal joined Adobe through the company’s acquisition of Neolane in 2013 where he served as chief product officer. Vittal oversaw integration of the Neolane’s technology to create Adobe Campaign - the sixth Adobe Marketing Cloud solution. Prior to Neolane, he was instrumental in establishing and scaling the Customer Intelligence practice at Forrester Research, which focused on enterprise marketing technologies, database marketing strategies, and customer analytics.
Uma Talreja

Uma is the key architect for the digital roadmap for Raymond Ltd, a 91 year old legacy brand that has created the men’s clothing market with its fine fabrics proposition.

With almost 20 years of experience in marketing especially in the formative years of the retail industry, she has been a part of strategic teams at leading Indian retailers like Shoppers Stop, Aditya Birla Retail, Tata-Trent (Westside department stores) and launched Burger King in India.

Her passion for customer centricity and creating retail experiences for consumers and strong alignment to data driven marketing, led the management of Raymond hand over the mandate for digital transformation to her.

In her role she us leading Raymond’s efforts on strategy for digital consumers including the Ecommerce business , Omni Channel Strategy, technology and roll out, CRM and integrated customer analytics. In her new role, she heads a recently created Digital Customer Centre for Raymond that integrates this into an end to end effort for the organisation.
Anuj Malhotra

Anuj Malhotra, heads online marketing and analytics at Makemytrip.com. He is responsible for customer growth and acquisition, as well as overseeing web and mobile analytics platforms. Anuj’s passion for analytical approach to business was formed in his early career, while he was an undergraduate student at IIT Bombay involved with a start-up building CFD products for industrial applications. Prior to joining Makemytrip, Anuj was heading SEM at Amazon in Seattle, and has 12 years of diverse experience in banking, consulting, and online marketing in India and USA.

Anuj lives in Gurgaon. He loves travelling and developing new skills - scuba diving being his latest interest.
Kulmeet Bawa

Kulmeet Bawa heads business for Adobe Systems in the South Asia region with a specific focus on expanding footprint across verticals. He is responsible for growing the Sales and Marketing function within Large Enterprises, Mid-market as well as the Government and Education sector and drives adoption of the entire spectrum of Adobe’s Creative and Marketing Cloud offerings.

As a business leader with cross functional experience, Kulmeet brings to the table an excellent understanding of Enterprises and their needs in today’s digital era. Siva Ganeshanandan

Siva has fourteen years experience in the industry, eleven of these in Asia Pacific. He joined Adobe in 2011, having held senior roles for many years with companies including Interwoven, where after running APAC marketing, he led the regional Optimost business. He started his career with Cisco Systems in the UK before joining Mirror Image, the content delivery provider, in a role that brought him to Singapore.

Vyshak Venugopalan
